Heat Pump Deep Cleaning
A proper deep clean that gets your mini split breathing, and smelling, like new.
What it is
Rinsing a filter is not the same as cleaning a heat pump. Over time, dust, pet hair and mould build up deep inside the coil and blower wheel, which hurts efficiency and can make the air smell musty. A deep cleaning gets all of it out.
Who it’s for
- Indoor units that smell musty when they start up
- Systems that have lost airflow or efficiency
- Homes with pets, allergies or heavy use

The Reaper way
- 1
We protect your walls and floors, then bag the indoor unit to capture runoff.
- 2
The coil, blower wheel and drain are cleaned thoroughly, not just the parts you can see.
- 3
We check the outdoor unit and confirm everything is running properly when we are done.
Questions we hear
How often should I get a deep clean?+
It depends on use, pets and your home. Many homes do well with a deep clean every year or two. We can tell you after we see your unit.
